EUGENE GOTHIC. Typeface and Specimen Poster: 16 in × 24 in. (2010)
Meet Eugene Gothic; an androgynous sans-serif that has a little bit of “he” and “she”. Inspired by the American Gothic typefaces, Eugene Gothic shares the slender proportions of Morris Fuller Benton’s masculine letterforms. Combined with rounded terminals and subtle swashes, this sans-serif is ambiguous and gentle. Eugene Gothic is suitable for both text and display type.
Eugene Gothic was part of Creative Type II at 52 McCaul.
